Due to the unique and handmade nature of the products here at Retro Licker we do not accept returns.

Should you be looking to discuss an item please contact us for any queries at retrolicker@hotmail.com to resolve the issue and to find a solution.

 

Custom/Personalized/Pre-order

Here at Retrolicker, many of our items are handmade custom orders, A lot of which are personalized and customized to your desired specification. In line with this, return requests on these items will not be accepted. 

Many Items are individually hand painted and unique therefore slight differences from product photography may be identified, this is part of the artistic design process and makes your order a one of a kind for you.

Damages and Issues

We take great pride in making sure your item arrives well packaged and safely to you door. In the very rare occurrence that your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item please do contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
